These Billing Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase made through castmoor.com (the "Site"), operated by Castmoor. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Castmoor does not store your full card number on its own systems.

2. Currency

All prices on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD). If you pay with a card issued in another currency, your bank or card issuer sets the exchange rate and may apply a foreign transaction fee. Castmoor has no control over these charges.

3. When You Are Charged

Your payment method is authorized at the time you place your order and captured when the order is confirmed. The charge will appear on your statement as CASTMOOR or SP CASTMOOR. If a payment cannot be completed, the order will not be processed and you will be notified by email.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Product prices are shown before tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping within the United States is free. We make every effort to keep pricing accurate; if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment.

5. Order Confirmation

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is accepted when it ships and you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

6. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@castmoor.com with your order number. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cancellation may not be possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return under our Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process a refund, plus any additional time your bank or card issuer requires. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges

Castmoor does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. Every purchase is a one time charge.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at info@castmoor.com so we can resolve it quickly. We respond to billing inquiries within 1 to 2 business days.

10. Payment Security

Checkout is encrypted and PCI compliant through Shopify Payments. We will never ask for your full card details by email or phone.
