How does the lid work as a skillet?

Flip the lid over and it becomes a full cast iron skillet with its own loop handles. It sears, fries, and bakes cornbread on its own, then goes back on the pot as a lid.

Is the double Dutch oven pre seasoned?

Yes. Both the pot and the skillet lid arrive pre seasoned with vegetable oil. Rinse, dry, and start cooking, then wipe on a thin coat of oil after each wash.

Which size is right, 7 quart or 9 quart?

The 7 quart is a good fit for 4 to 6 servings and everyday dinners. The 9 quart handles big roasts, large batches of chili, and cooking for a crowd.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Transit within the United States takes 6 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
