Sixty seven layers of folded Damascus steel wrapped around a hardened high carbon core, finished with a hand polished rosewood handle. Each knife holds a razor edge through months of daily prep and the layered pattern on every blade is one of a kind.
Choose a single knife or the full four piece set: an 8 inch chef knife for everyday cutting, a 7 inch santoku for vegetables, a 5 inch utility knife for sandwiches and fruit, and a 3.5 inch paring knife for fine work.
